Directions

Mix 1 level scoop (11g) with 200ml - 300ml of water. Take 20 minutes prior to workout. Not advised to take during evenings due to high caffeine content.

FIRST TIME USERS - Always start with either half x scoop or Half a scoop serving to access tolerance.
