Start with just 1 scoop, before moving to 1 and half and then only 2 scoops if you can tolerate it, or if you are used to taking high stim pre workouts.
Intense as the name sounds, with a full two-scoop serving providing 6g of pure citrulline for pumps, a gram of taurine, and 3.2g of beta-alanine to improve performance. Next to those ingredients is all of the energy and focus, with 400mg of juniper berry, 200mg each of juglans regia and kigelia africana, and a potent 400mg of caffeine.
